Mindful Movement + Meditation
Enjoy free Mindful Movement + Meditation on the Terrace with Bikes and Bends, every Tuesday from 12:30pm – 1:15pm.
Focus on building body awareness, increasing core strength and improving mobility using functional body-weight movements. This low impact method fuses yoga, pilates and calisthenics to help you build strength and flexibility.
Breath work will keep you grounded throughout, and each session ends with a relaxing guided meditation to relieve stress.
Suitable for all fitness levels. No previous experience necessary and everyone is welcome.
