Dedicated Offices are for businesses who want their own exclusive, yet highly flexible office space. The size and subsequent rental is based on the number of employees and has the ability to flex with your business. Dedicated offices in the B:HIVE include all the benefits listed below.

But having a Dedicated Desk doesn’t mean you’re missing out; as Australasia’s largest and smartest co-working building you’ll have equal access to state-of-the-art facilities, meeting rooms, conference facilities, amenities and technology all designed to deliver a fantastic environment in which to empower your business.
Flexible leases are just the beginning. If your number of employee’s change, or you want to change office layout, the B:HIVE allows you to reconfigure your dedicated space overnight - not when your lease expires. This means you’re paying rent based on the exact requirements of your business, not for space that’s sitting idle.
