Dedicated Offices are for businesses who want their own exclusive, yet highly flexible office space. The size and subsequent rental is based on the number of employees and has the ability to flex with your business. Dedicated offices in the B:HIVE include all the benefits listed below.

    The B:HIVE is an exciting and dynamic venue that’s home to a range of cutting edge event, meeting and conference spaces. From an auditorium capable of seating 220 people, six board rooms, a seminar room and a fully kitted out bar area, the B:HIVE has the versatility and facilities to accommodate any event in style.

    THE EXPERIENCE

    The B:HIVE enables businesses of all sizes to enjoy the same benefits and features of working in a quality A-grade custom built space. Each floor is broken into two areas: Dedicated and Shared. Dedicated is for your business and employees, Shared is for breakout, collaboration, and meeting rooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and social spaces for lunch and after work drinks. The ground floor has a reception desk to greet visitors and larger meeting and Board rooms available to book for team meetings or use as event space.
